TOUR TO RIO IN SEPTEMBER 2022
LEARN PORTUGUESE WHILE VISITING PLACES WITH YOUR TEACHER
The program below is for students who are visiting Rio de Janeiro for two weeks and who want to learn and practice Portuguese as it is spoken in Brazil. We have selected some dates to be in the city of Rio and also to visit places of outstanding beauty not too far away from Rio. Our aim is that by the end of these two weeks the students will be very familiar with the way Brazilians speak, and will have reached a significant level of fluency in the language.
Our group will aim to arrive in Rio International Airport on the (to be confirmed) at night and will leave on the (to be confirmed) back to UK.
The Plan of lessons in the City of Rio de Janeiro is a total of 10 hour lesson spread around the places that will be visited
The program includes:
. Transfer from Rio de Janeiro–Galeão International Airport to the Hotel and back to the Airport at the end of your visit;
. three day tour around Rio visiting the main town, Copacabana, Ipanema beaches, the Christ and Sugar Loaf. All transport and tickets for attractions are included;
. Jeep tour in Paraty to visit the main waterfalls;
. Boat in Paraty to visit the islands;
. Hotel for three nights in Paraty;
. Hotel for two nights in Ilha Grande;
. Van transfer from Rio to Paraty;
. Van transfer from Paraty to Ilha Grande;
. Van transfer from Ilha Grande back to Rio de Janeiro.
Accommodation is not included in Rio de Janeiro as the students can find it by themselves on sites like www.airbnb.co.uk
Best places to stay are in this order: Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon

WHAT IS INCLUDED:
All transport is included.
Accommodation in individual rooms, nice and beautiful Pousadas near the centre of the villages with generous breakfast included.
Private Security while touring around Rio.
One hour Portuguese lesson included everyday for ten days whilst going round places.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
Meals, tickets to shows or theatres and hotel in Rio.
